As semiconductor chemicals get more demanding so do the needs of the industry for tubing to meet these demands. Parker introduces it’s new PureShield™ Low Permeation PFA Tubing for use on chemical lines, especially acid lines, used in wet benches and CMP process equipment. This product is useful in any industry where the purity of the process chemicals is the highest priority. In most of these cases, PFA Tubing is the only option. Whereas standard HP PFA tubing (high purity) will permeate and oxidize, thereby fouling the purity of the chemical or process media being used, this new tubing will reduce this problem and extend the life of your chemical delivery system and yield higher system performance. New PureShield™ Low Permeation PFA Tubing exceeds all other PFA offerings, with none of the dis-advantages of the other products currently on the market.
