Ft. Worth, TX – July 30, 2004 – A line of PTFE 4:1 shrink-ratio heat shrinkable tubing that conforms to the size and shape of the object being covered  is available from TexLoc, Ltd. of Ft. Worth, Texas.
 

TEXfluor® PTFE 4:1 Heat Shrink Tubing features a

thin wall for easy installation over irregular shapes, fittings, and other protrusions and then conforms to the object when heated to provide a protective covering.  Capable of operating continuously at up to 500°F/260°C , this tubing provides a non-stick surface and resists most chemicals, solvents, water and acids.

Available in standard sizes as small as 0.078" (1.98mm) up to 2" (50.8mm) dia., TEXfluor® PTFE 4:1 Heat Shrink Tubing can be supplied spooled or cut to length.  Value-added services include slitting, scoring, hole punching and kitting.  Optional expansions up to a 5:1 shrink ratio are offered.
