Ft. Worth, TX - Oct 25, 2001 - TexLoc, Ltd., the world’s leading manufacturer of fluoroplastic convoluted tubing now offers PTFE Convoluted in two (2) new small diameter sizes. Texloc has designated these new products as Convo-2, and 001/8.

The smaller convoluted sizes allow for a small diameter tube with improved flexibility to be utilized in OEM equipment with tight space restrictions. These new sizes provide you with greater design flexibility in achieving extremely small bend diameters than you would achieve with a thin wall smooth bore tube. Applications include medical equipment, lab equipment, semi-conductor equipment and aircraft harnesses.

Texloc's Convo-2 convoluted tube has an inside cuff diameter of .125" and a standard cuff length of 3/4" and is available as a standard product in natural. The cuff lengths can be special ordered to fit specific customer requirements.

Texloc's 001/8 also has an .125" inside diameter and is manufactured to ASM-T 81914/2 although this specification does not list a size this small. This product is offered in natural or black as a standard product.

Both sizes are available in coils, in cut pieces with or without cuffs, and with a wire re-inforced outside diameter for added strength when specified.
