A line of FDA/USP Class VI Compliant profiles & shapes is available from TexLoc Ltd. of Fort Worth, Texas.  These custom extruded shapes and profiles are produced in TexFluor™ PTFE from extrusion processes specializing in precision tolerances to ensure lot-to-lot consistency.

TexFluor™ PTFE Shapes are offered in D, J, S, U, X and other configurations and are available with a hollow or solid inside diameter.  Custom shapes are continually being designed and are capable at operating continuously at up to 500°F.  These close tolerance tubing profiles provide a non-stick surface and resist most chemicals and solvents.

All profiles and shapes are custom made to order and are available as small as .020 (.508mm) up to 2” (50.8mm) diameter.  TexFluor™ PTFE Shapes can be supplied spooled or cut to length.  Value added services include forming, hole punching and kitting. 

Some of the applications for TexFluor™  PTFE profiles and shapes include guides, float stops and spacers.  Short runs, custom colors and rapid R&D prototypes are available.
