Shaped Tubing in PTFE, FEP or PFA

TexLoc fluoroplastic shapes are custom designed and manufactured in TEXfluor® PTFE, FEP,  PFA or MFA and can withstand temperatures up to 500ºF (260ºC).  All of the resins that TexLoc uses for shapes have a low co-efficient of friction.  They are inert,  nonwetting & non leaching,  and can be used in applications where harsh chemicals are present.

TEXfluor® PTFE offers superior flexibility allowing the shape to be twisted, turned and wound around in tight spaces. TexLoc also offers a Tex-Locking  tube that can enclose multiple tubes, acting as an insulating,  protective covering to protect tubes from chemicals and/or heat.

In TEXfluor® PFA, the shapes can be produced in a high purity resin, making them suitable for the semiconductor industry and other critical applications where purity is a factor.   

TexLoc Fluoropolymer shaped tubing is produced in custom sizes beginning at .020" (.51 mm)  O.D. up to 2" (54.8mm) O.D.  Put-ups for this product include random length coils, specified coils or straight lengths,  cut pieces, or formed configurations. 

In our value added department, etching is available.  Etching alters the surface of the tube making it bondable.
