TEXfluor® High Purity PFA Ultra Pure Tubing

Ultra Pure
TEXfluor® PFA Tubing is made from a high purity PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) resin, the first fluoropolymer to guarantee a level of metal extraction from pellets that is lower than a specified standard.  This makes the tubing  highly suited for use in the manufacture of semiconductor equipment.   It is used extensively in semiconductor manufacturing clean processes due to the fact that it shows extremely low levels of metal impurities.  Because Ultra PureTEXfluor® PFA reduces the metal impurities, it ensures the reliability of the gate oxide film and thus, has realized an increasing demand in the semiconductor industry. 

Another application that warrants the use of TEXfluor® PFA ultra pure tubing is Ultra High Purity Water Systems.  Again, these systems require even the smallest traces of bacteria, chlorine, carbon and other impurities found in regular tap water to be removed. The smoother surfaces, attributes of  Ultra PureTEXfluor® PFA tubing, contribute to the decrease in impurities while allowing easy cleaning and A better overall appearance.
