The most reliable heat shrinking method for PTFE 4:1 Heat Shrink Tubing is in a controlled oven at 625°F/327°Cfor approximately 10 minutes.  TEXfluor® PTFE heat shrink is recommended for aircraft harnesses, catheters and temperature sensors.
