Convoluted Tubing
FEP Convoluted Tubing

FEP Convoluted Tubing is available in dimensions similar to our PTFE Convoluted Tubing and operates in temperatures up to 400°F/204°C. It is ideal for applications where visibility or long lengths are required. Because FEP convoluted tubing is almost clear, it allows operators monitor and visually inspect the material passing through the tube. In addition, because FEP is a thermoplastic material, tubing coils can be supplied in much longer lengths than with the PTFE Convoluted Tubing.

If you need the attributes of PTFE temperatures (up to 500°F/260°C) and the clarity of FEP we also offer PFA. All of the sizes listed for the different varieties of convoluted tubing can be supplied in most of the resins we offer. Just ask us for assistance and we will be happy to guide you through the attributes and limitations of each material.
  Key Benefits:
  • Extremely flexible
  • Chemical and corrosion resistant
  • Withstands 1,000+ hours of flex cycle testing
  • Long continuous lengths
  • Low refractive index
  • Handles temperatures up to 400°F
