TEXfluor® PTFE TUBING | ||

TEXfluor® PTFE tubing (Polytetrafluoroethylene
tubing) is manufactured from a fluoropolymer that exhibits attributes not found in other plastic materials and has the lowest coefficient of friction of any plastic,
allowing for unrestricted flow without deposit build-up. It also has a working temperature of 500° F (260° C). TEXfluor® PTFE tubing is used extensively in high pressure hose applications requiring a long flex and impulse life. On aircraft, it is used as a conduit for wiring systems and in semi-conductor applications, for the transporting of D.I. water and acids. These are just a few of its many uses.
