How to Shrink

 

 

The most reliable heat shrinking method for PTFE 4:1 Heat Shrink Tubing is in a controlled oven at 662°F/350°C for approximately 10 minutes.  PTFE heat shrink is recommended for aircraft harnesses, catheters and temperature sensors. For full recovery, expanded diameter should be 50% larger than the diameter of the object you are recovering over.
