Smoothbore Tubing
PFA Tubing

PFA tubing (Perfluoroalkoxy tubing) combines the attributes of PTFE and FEP, offering a working temperature of  500°F/260°C in a transparent, almost clear tube. Long continuous lengths coupled with the high working temperature make PFA the resin of choice for many applications such as fluid handling and cabling systems.

PFA tubing is also available:
  • In ultra pure resins for semiconductor and pharmaceutical applications.
  • In low permeation type resins for acid, chemicals and wet bench applications.
  • In a conductive form for static dissipation or conductance
  • As a standard in stock item in .030 wall and .062 wall
  • In custom sizes .010"  ID (.254mm) to 4" ID 106mm)
Key Benefits:
  • Exceptional heat resistance
  • Long continuous lengths
  • Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance
  • Self extinguishing
  • Moisture retention is less than 0.01%
  • Indefinite shelf life
