Liner Tubing

All of the fluoroplastic tubing available from TexLoc are suited for use as a liner but TexLoc also offers heavy duty liners with an increased wall thickness to handle very corrosive liquids and gasses. These wall thicknesses range from .050"/1.25mm up to .125"/3.17mm depending on the application.  Most are used to line flexible stainless metal hoses or rigid pipe.

TexLoc PFA and PTFE liners are available in natural or statically dissipative to prevent the build up of static charges and reduce the static electricity on the surface of rollers. We refer to these liners as conductive liners.

PTFE Conductive liners are offered with a conductive I.D. or in a fully conductive liner. Liners with a conductive I.D. are black on the inside and have a gray blue appearance on the outside. Fully conductive liners are black. For more information on what conductivity is, see Conductive Fluoroplastic Tubing.

TexLoc liners are also offered in FEP and PVDF.
